婴儿低骨量与粗大运动落后的相关性研究

摘要:
探究婴儿低骨量与粗大运动落后的相关性。在我院定期健康体检的婴儿中,用Peabody运动发育量表筛查出粗大运动发育落后患儿150例纳入研究组,选择正常生长发育婴儿150例纳入对照组。通过BMD-1000超声骨质分析仪测量患儿骨密度并计算Z值,根据Z值将两组分为低骨量亚组和正常骨量亚组。研究组的低骨量阳性率显著高于对照组(91.33% vs 44.67%,P<0.01);研究组患儿的低骨量亚组和正常骨量亚组Z值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且粗大运动落后程度越重,Z值越低。粗大运动落后患儿存在低骨量,患儿应及时补钙,并结合推拿、训练,以促进其智能和远期体格生长。

Abstract:
To explore the correlation between low bone mass and gross motor retardation in infants Among the infants receiving regular physical examinations in our hospital, 150 infants with gross motor retardation screened by Peabody Developmental Motor Scale were enrolled as study group, while 150 infants with normal growth and development were selected as control group Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by BMD-1000 ultrasound bone analyzer, and then Z value was calculated According to Z value, the two groups were divided into low bone mass subgroup and normal bone mass subgroup The positive rate of low bone mass in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (91.33% vs 44.67%, P<0.01); the Z values of the low bone mass subgroup and the normal bone mass subgroup in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the more severe the retardation of gross motor was, the lower the Z value was Children with gross motor retardation have low bone mass, so they should be supplemented with calcium in time, and combined massage and training should be made to promote their intelligence and long-term physical growth
